Well, before the actual day’s fishing a couple of things… I did get that new Savage Gear landing net I ordered and it’s fantastic and actually seems mega-huge – despite actually being 85cm x 70cm (= 35in x 28in) due to the shape, and , in fact, it seems much bigger than even my 42”…
