Shock, horror!
I’m anticipating a trip out with the rods on Tuesday next week as the temp hits a forecast high of 7C!
Probably head to a/the canal (3 locations currently in mind) in search of chub primarily but really anything that may get tempted by my new bait that is currently in the oven :) If the fish are not tempted then the aroma floating around the house at the mo is certainly doing it for me… albeit the actual ingredients are a bit of a turn off for human consumption :D Will take some maggots too….Actually, even given my disliking of roach/rudd, with the temps as they are, even they may get some appreciation!! :D
Actually looking at the 10-day forecast the temps are rising generally daily – and on Monday 8th April it supposedly hitting a heady 12C! More days on the waterside look to be be looming!! :)
